Account Fees
$0 with ONE of the following each monthly statement period:
- Electronic deposits made into this account totaling $500 or more, such as payments from payroll providers or government benefit providers, by using (i) the ACH network, (ii) the Real Time Payment or FedNow℠ network, or (iii) third party services that facilitate payments to your debit card using the Visa® or Mastercard® network
OR - Have a balance at the beginning of each day of $1,500 or more in this account
OR - Have an average beginning day balance of $5,000 or more in any combination of this account and linked qualifying deposits/investments
OR
$12 if none of these options are met
Overdrafts happen when you make a purchase or payment, or write a check, and there isn't enough money in your checking account to cover it.
If paid: $34 Overdraft Fee per transaction during our nightly processing beginning with the firsttransaction that overdraws your account balance by more than $50 (maximum of 3 fees per business day, up to $102).
Chase Overdraft Assist℠ helps you with:
- Confidence: $0 overdraft fees if you're overdrawn by $50 or less at the end of the business day
- Time: $0 overdraft fees if you're overdrawn by more than $50 at the end of the business day and you bring your account balance to overdrawn by $50 or less at the end of the next business day
We also don't charge an overdraft fee for certain things, like if a transaction is declined or returned unpaid, or for transactions that are $5 or less.

Helpful tip: You can use Zelle® on the Chase Mobile® app to paypeople you know and trust who have a bank account in the U.S. instead of getting cash at a non-Chase ATM.
In the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- $3for any withdrawal at a non-Chase ATM
Surcharge Fees from the ATM owner/network still apply. A Foreign Exchange Rate Adjustment Fee from Chase may apply for ATM withdrawals in a currency other than U.S. dollars.
Outside the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- $5for any withdrawal at a non-Chase ATM

Wires and Money Orders
Helpful tip: You may be able to set up a bank-to-bank transferto avoid these fees.
$15 per transfer or $0 if the transfer was originally sent with the help of a Chase banker or using chase.com or Chase Mobile® app
- $35 per transfer if a banker helps you send the wire
- $25 per transfer if you use chase.com or Chase Mobile® app to send the wire
- $50 per transfer if a banker helps you send the wire in U.S. dollars or foreign currency
- $40 per transfer if you use chase.com or Chase Mobile® app to send the wire in U.S. dollars
- $5 per transfer if you use chase.com or Chase Mobile® app to send the wire in foreign currency
- $0 per transfer if you use chase.com or Chase Mobile® app to send the wire in foreign currency AND the amount is equal to $5,000 USD or more
A money order is a check issued by you, purchased at a branch, for an amount up to $1,000.
