Want to change your PIN or your Fidelity debit card? Or perhaps you've forgotten your PIN and need help resetting it. You've come to the right place. Keep reading for information on how to solve these issues.
If you know your PIN you can change it:
- By visiting any Fidelity Branch
- At any Fidelity ATM
- By calling our PIN Activation Line at 1.866.633.5293
If you do not know your PIN you can change it:
- By visiting any Fidelity Branch
Keep in mind, you can still use your Debit card as a Credit card and use the signature verification option until you change the PIN on your card.
If your PIN is blocked due to excessive attempts (three invalid PIN attempts) you can unblock it:
- By calling or visiting any Fidelity Branch
- By calling our Customer Service Center at 1.800.220.2497 during normal business hours
