What are the requirements for BDO Cash Card? ›

Purchasers must fill out a Cash Card Enrollment Form with Purchase Agreement and present the required IDs as follows: Purchasers 7 to 18 years old must present at least any two (2) valid IDs from the parent/guardian or the purchaser/client. Purchasers 19 years old and above, must present at least one (1) primary ID.

The BDO Cash Card and the value stored therein is not a deposit account. Thus, it does not earn interest and is not insured with Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC). There is also no maintaining balance required.

BDO ATMs are conveniently located in malls, department stores, hypermarts, hospitals, transport terminals, convenience stores, fast food outlets, hotels, gasoline stations and selected corporate offices.

Nominate a Personal Identification Number (PIN) as soon as you receive your BDO Cash Card. Sign at the signature panel at the back of your card. Cover the PIN pad when keying-in your ATM PIN at an ATM or POS terminals.

You must first enroll your BDO Cash Card in BDO Online Banking. To enroll, login to BDO Online Banking, click Enrollment Services > Own Account > Enroll. Fill-out the information needed then click Submit.

Fund Transfer is transferring money from your own enrolled accounts (Savings and Current Accounts, and BDO Cash Card) to any BDO Savings and Current Accounts. However, transferring to Another Person's account requires an enrollment.

Does BDO Cash Card expire? Yes, the validity period of the card is displayed on the front of your card.
