1. Log in to BPI Online or mobile app.
2. Select "Other Services".
3. Click "Card Control" to see your activated BPI Debit Mastercard.
4. Choose the debit card you want to permanently block
5. Click on "Permanent lost card blocking".
6. Click "yes" on the confirmation pop-up to proceed.
7. Key in your One-Time PIN.

Note: Once your card is permanently blocked, your debit card will not be viewable under Card Control. For card replacement, kindly go to the nearest branch.
