I Recently got a quest 2 and i wanted to make some games for it, when i sideloaded my own game it said my account could be at risk for sideloading. But if its my own games made in Unity's Engine, would i get banned?

Nope, many of us use SideQuest and it's not a problem.
I'm surprise you got a warning unless the software you're installing modifies something that's already installed?
Apparently there's a way to install pirated software via SideQuest and that could (and should) get people banned. Other than that, you get a warning if installing a mod that enables installation of non-official music for Beat Saber, it's against the Ts & Cs to modify the game. No-one that I'm aware of has been banned for that particular thing but personally I wouldn't take the risk.
All the genuine software that doesn't modify anything you've already installed is fine.

That's a generic warning for all sideloading--it's just telling you that your account could be at risk IF you sideload illegal content.
DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

Thanks nalex, I didn't realise it comes up with every install. It's been a while since I've side-loaded.

It doesn't come up with all sideloaded things, in fact I have only encountered it with Beat Saber and BMBF. I have a modded version of Virtual Desktop and it doesn't warn me, nor does Doom 3 or Lambda VR, but Beat Saber does.
Edit: There are two things and I'm not sure which the OP was referring to. There is a generic statement in the unknown sources area, and also a pop up for certain modded apps when you try to run them.

Yeah I'd only noticed it with Beat Saber and changed my mind about trying out the music mod but not sure if Oculus has changed that recently to make it more of a common warning.
