This is a great infographic. But please keep in mind that the part "business analysis" is was too superficial here. Doing a Swot and understanding customer gains and pains is definitely a good starting point. BUT you need to understand (1) what is the value you can capture in the market if you address those pains and needs (2) which pains and needs are currently over/underserved (3) which pains really matter to consumers (4) which of them are addressed by competition (5) are all your hypothesis in line with reality? - all of this needs validation and has huge implications on your positioning and value proposition.
