Budget Name Tags Modern Cloth Nappies (MCN) - PUL

Cloth nappies are a great investment don't let them go home with the wrong child from Day Care

Tags take up to 3 weeks to be made and sent. If they are needed more urgently please contact us to make arrangements

More colours may be available. If you'd like a specific colour, please email info@askels.com.au to discuss

These nappy name tags clip onto modern cloth nappies and will be made to order with your baby's name on them. They are great for when your baby is in daycare or creche so you won't lose your beautiful nappies. It also means you don't have to write their name on the nappy, that way the nappy will be in great condition to sell or pass down to others when you're done.

Wash Instructions

Name tags are approx 3.5 cm wide, length will depend on the name used.

In the box type the name you would like on the tags. They will be done exactly as stated in the box so if you'd like all capitals then please type them that way. Capitals will make the name longer so please keep that in mind

You can do anything you like on them, first name only, first name and surname initial, both first name and surname, nickname etc. Please remember the longer the name, the longer the tags will be. If your child has a long first name and last name consider just using one name or an initial and name.

These tags are made of PUL, the same material as most nappies, so can therefore be washed with them. They use a size T5(20) snap that snaps onto the front of the nappy

You are welcome to order multiple names if you have twins or you would like to combine an order with friends to reduce postage costs. As long as the order is going to the same address and the order is placed at the same time combined shipping is available.

The PUL used is available in a variety of colours, with white thread and white snaps.

If you would like to order a variation of these tags please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs however my store has other labels available for order. Combined shipping available when purchasing multiple items from my store at the same time.

Perfect to label my cloth nappies

Snap on easily to my Alva Baby and Berry bottoms nappies so they don't get confused at childcare. I had an enquiry before ordering and Sharon was very quick to get back to me. Would highly recommend if you want to label MCNs, we just got our last name so they can be used for potential future children as well!

These tags have been perfect for daycare - especially when another little girl has the same cloth nappies as us! I can rest assured nothing will be misplaced. Great for labeling nappies and bags.

I recently ordered some nappy and bag tags for the start of daycare. I left ordering to the last minute and so after making contact via email with Sharon, my order was completed at the earliest convenience and posted straight away. I also took the opportunity to increase my order after it had first been completed and the new order was posted with my original one with no additional postage charges.
The tags are exactly what I was hoping for and the service I received was fantastic.
Definitely recommend Askel creations!!

You can do anything you like on them, first name only, first name and surname initial, both first name and surname, nickname etc. Please remember the longer the name, the longer the tags will be. If your child has a long first name and last name consider just using one name or an initial and name.

How long do modern cloth nappies last? ›

A question parents often have when considering reusable nappies is, "How long do they last?" The good news is that reusable nappies can last for a long time, years and years. They can be bought for your first baby, be used on their younger siblings and then be sold when the youngest potty trains.

How often do you change modern cloth nappies? ›

Do you label each diaper for daycare? ›

To help you break it down, here's a sample daycare packing list and some instructions on how you can keep everything identified: Diapers, Diaper Cream, and Wipes: Don't worry, you don't need to label individual diapers! Why don't you soak modern cloth nappies? ›

One of the reasons that people no longer tend to soak their nappies, is that many of the things used to make modern cloth nappies, such as the velcro, elastic, and waterproof fabrics can deteriorate due to the chemicals that are used to soak.

PREWASHING YOUR NAPPIES

Nappy covers need only be prewashed once before use. Nappy inserts/boosters, pocket nappies, all in one nappies, flat nappies and fitted nappies may need to be washed 3-4 times before first use to activate their absorbency.

Use the Dryer

Dry on low heat only, and don't put waterproof shells or covers in the dryer, just the inserts. If you do put nappies which have elastic components in the dryer, make sure you let them cool before taking them out - stretching elastic while it's still warm can reduce the elasticity.
