In a statement, HYBE shared, "We have completed the board of directors' resolution to renew the exclusive contract for 7 members of BTS. With all members signing a second contract renewal, the group will be able to continue even after 2025 when they complete their military service."

The K-pop boy band sensation BTS have now renewed their contract with the South Korean K-pop label Big Hit Music, an off-shoot of the Korean label giant Hybe. In a statement announcing the deals, the group promised to “stay together in 2025 and beyond.”

The band debuted in the music industry under the same label 10 years ago and has achieved tremendous success ever since. The contract renewal said that the band will reunite in the year 2025 after completing their service in the military and will work with the same label.

Several wondered if that means the boyband known for their friendship and camaraderie apart from their chart-busting hits will end their friendship. Well, turns out, the hiatus had nothing to do with the Korean star's bond and all the reports claiming an apparent rift among the septet are just fake news.
