For the 11thyear in a row, Fortune magazine included Booz Allen in its list of World’s Most Admired Companies—a roster that has included global leaders such as Apple, Walt Disney, Berkshire Hathaway, and Google’s parent company Alphabet.
Fortune and Korn Ferry build this annual list based on a poll of nearly 4,000 executives, directors, and analysts. Poll participants evaluated companies in their industry on criteria such as investment value, the quality of a company’s management and products, and social responsibility.
Another key area of evaluation—and differentiation—the ability to attract talent.

Ranking among the world’s most admired companies adds to the growing list of acknowledgments for Booz Allen, many of which recognize the firm’s longstanding commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Most recently, theHuman Rights Campaignrecognized Booz Allen as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality”forthe 12thyear in a rowafter the firm earned anotherperfect score of 100 on the Corporate Equity Index.
In 2021, the firm ranked No. 2 in Forbes magazine’s “America’s Best Employers for Diversity”list. The roster, based on a survey of 50,000 American workers, recognizes top U.S. employers for proactive diversity and inclusion initiatives, diverse boards and executive ranks, and dedication to DEI.Thefirmalsoscored 100% on theDisability Equality Index, a nationwide benchmarking tool byDisability:INand the American Association for People with Disabilities.
