Rieker’s 4120 mechanical boom angle indicators are all-weather and will not rust, freeze, or otherwise “hang-up” like old-fashioned metal pendulum styles. Like all of our instruments, each indicator is properly dampened for smooth and reliable readings.

Rugged Remote Digital Boom Angle Inclinometer
RUGGED NEMA 4 HOUSING
Rugged Nema 4 housing provides protection from the environment making this electronic boom angle indicator perfect for tough conditions. Please not, LCD is not 100% waterproof.
BACKLIT LCD DISPLAY
Backlit LCD Display connects to the sensor through an interface cable (available in various lenghts). The display allows for operators to acquire a quick and accurate reading in all conditions.
LED TRIP ANGLE WARNING LIGHT
LCD Display Box comes standard with 3 built-in LED’s (1 green, 1 yellow, and 1 red). These can be set to activate at predefined angles withing the specified measuring range.
OPTIONAL AUDIBLE ALARM
For indication of safe and unsafe conditions, the RDSR3-BA-09 offers an optional audible alarm (RDSR3-BA-09-A) that will warn the operator if the boom angle exceeds the recommended safe operating zone.
RELATIVE ZERO LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
RDSR3-BA-09 comes with the ability to temporarily “zero” the unit. The unit should only be auto leveled using the REL option while the equipment is on a flat surface.
MINIMUM /MAXIMUM OPTION
The RDSR3-BA-09 comes with the option to present the last achieved high and low angle.

Rieker’s Digital Boom Angle Indicator Remote Inclinometer Package (model RDSR3-BA-09) is an extension of the RDI series of digital inclinometers.
Like the 4120, our electronic boom angle indicator is sealed in a rugged case that protects the sensor components from harsh environments. The RDSR3 is supplied as a calibrated set featuring an environmentally sealed measurement sensor package and a separate LCD display box (connected by an interface available in various lengths). All of the standard RDI features have been incorporated into this remote sensing package, modified specifically to comply with OSHA and other safety regulatory agencies specifications for Boom Angle Indicators.
