1.Style: brand new, column, mermaid or A-line style.
2.Length: knee length, Tea Length, or floor length are all available.
3.Fabric: imported satin, silk, special taffeta, stretch satin, organza, chiffon, lace, tulle are available.
4.Embellishment: beading, embroidery, appliques, handmade flowers, handmade ruffles are available.
5.Color: color free, all the colors on our color chart are available.
6.Closure: Zipper back or Lace up back.
7.Lining: Boned and Fully Lined.
Size: Please refer to the above standard size chart carefully if you choose standard size, to make sure the standard size fit you well. Sizes (bust)/(waist)/(hips)/(Hollow to Hem) is very important. If you need to do custom size, please provide sizes listed below:

Deliver Time:
Normal time: 15-20 days
Rush order: within 15 days, but there will be a US$30 Accelerating Fee.
More information you need to know:
1.Packaging: Delicate box package or plastic bags, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag.
2.Shipping Method: by UPS or DHL or some special airline.
3.Payment: we mainly accept PayPal payment at this moment, it's easy and safe.

Returns Policy
Order Cancellation
Our dresses are all made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below
Cancellation Policy
-Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
-Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
-Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
-Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.

Sizing or Fitting Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and made to order, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. We would check the size and measuremnts before we ship them. Therefore, the mistake on size and measurements are very rare.
Return Policy
All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided, but take it easy, if there are our problems to make dresses wrong size, color, style, you will get full payment back!
For custom order(Color not as picture shown or Custom Size) and Plus size(larger than US14) can’t be returned, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future.For standard size dress in picture color, we accept return. You need to pay the return shipping fee. Since the return shipping would be too expensive, we strongly suggest you choose size carefully. Please double check our size chart and order the correct size.
For accessories,we do not accept return. Please note accessories are final sale.
We will accept returns if there are quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or you change your mind, but we offer free alternation. And we do not accept return for try-order. If you just need one dress, please do not order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell it again even they are returned.
Please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 2 days after you receive the items.
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
3. Item must be returned in 7-15 days upon delivery date. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty: we put all of our energy and mind into each dress, each of our dress are full of love, our long experience and skilled craftsmanship keep less return rate till now, but if there are our problems, we could return all your payment.
We will try to avoid mistake, we know each dress is so important for each girl, since all dresses made by handwork, there might be mistake, but if it is our problems, we will pay all the loss.
Shipping
1.Shipping methods we offer: TNT,DHL,UPS ,Fedex,EMS etc. All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 3-7 days after it was shipped(Exact transit time depends on your address).
2.Delivery Time.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 25-30 days after payment.
Rush delivery, you will receive it in 7-15 days after payment.If you need the dress less than 15 days. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.For some styles with complicate beading and hand work, it may take few more days for processing.
