Our first product, a fully autonomous robotic kiosk, crafts healthy and delicious smoothies that are made fresh-on-demand and customized to individual taste and nutrition preferences. The Problem
People generally want to eat healthy, provided they can find options that also taste great and are easy on their wallets. However, it’s challenging to get affordable, delicious, healthy food on the go. That’s because it’s usually either unavailable where and when they need it, too expensive, or not in line with their taste preferences.

Our Solution
Our compact, autonomous, contactless robotic food kiosk can be installed in a wide range of locations to provide 24/7 fresh food service at low operational costs. By deploying cutting-edge robotic technology in an 8x8 foot kiosk, we give consumers access to healthy, affordable, and delicious food anywhere and anytime.
Blendid’s design optimizes the consumer experience and maximizes operator effectiveness. Our vision algorithms continuously learn and adapt to recognize ingredients, recipes, levels, and consumer preferences, ensuring that errors are eliminated even across diverse operating environments.
We have 13 design patents awarded or in progress for software-driven food preparation and cloud-driven distributed IoT management. Our Food Operating System, foodOS® uses AI and machine learning algorithms to self-configure, calibrate, multitask and error recover while delivering a consistent recipe every time. Our Chef Operating System, chefOS® allows chefs to create new recipes using an AI-assisted engine to guide them while dynamically computing the nutritional profile of those recipes. And our Restaurant Management System (RMS®) provides a full suite of provisioning, monitoring, and analytics tools to manage and operate kiosks remotely.
For the consumer, Blendid’s kiosk experience goes like this:
Order at the kiosk on a tablet or ahead of time on the app
Select and customize your food order
Receive a notification when food is ready, approximately 3 minutes after ordering
Retrieve your food (safely stored inside the kiosk after being prepared)
All ingredients are either refrigerated or flash frozen to maintain freshness and optimal taste. Blendid uses only real, whole fruits, vegetables, and other nutrient-rich ingredients.
The Market
Covid-19 has spurred significant, rapid changes in the food industry. While this reality has been challenging, it has also created a lot of opportunity for food service providers.
In fact, the food robotics market is projected to reach $4 billion by 2026, expanding at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 13.1% worldwide (source). In the US alone, Blendid has identified over 70,000 locations where the company's current offering is poised to bring value and capture market share.
Meanwhile, consumers increasingly seek out food that is not only cost-effective but also fresh and healthy.
OUR TRACTION
In 2022, we expanded to 9 locations, increased revenue by 267% from 2021, and contracted over 500 kiosks. We have previously raised $26 million from various institutional and retail investors.

As a food service technology provider, we license our technology to large, established food service and retail operators with deep expertise in activating and managing food service locations, and collect recurring service fees. While we operate a limited number of Blendid-branded locations to try new concepts or establish proof points, our business is primarily driven by licensed, co-branded products with recurring service fees to Blendid.

Do any of your locations offer organic options? If there are no organic options, why, and do you have any plans to offer organic? Having a fresh smoothie with fruits, vegetables etc is better than fast food options or already bottled options. My issue is that so very many conventional fruits, vegetables etc are very heavily sprayed with toxic chemicals that myself and many others don't want or need in their food. The next problem would be GMO foods that are just as bad for you if not in some ways worse. I believe that if people are given the option of organic, assuming the price is right, they will choose it. I truly hope that, if you don't already, you will offer organic in the very near future. The answer to this question will help me decide if I am willing to invest.

Can you help me understand how the "care and feeding" of a location will work? Is the owner/operator solely responsible for cleaning and stocking the system and ensuring excellence of operations? Or will the company and Jamba Juice assist? Customers will turn to this solution if the price per beverage makes the trade-off of not buying from a human employee acceptable to their sensibilities. However, if these locations are habitually dirty or have selections that aren't available because, for discussion sake, the strawberry bin is empty. Who's going to be downrange to make damn sure the customer believes they've won on every transaction? What, besides name recognition and the ability to make smoothies (and it looks like you can make smoothies without them), does Jamba Juice bring to the table? What "heavy lifting" will they do? Don't get me wrong, I like the idea. When can you do the same for, say, Starbucks or Peets…….or fill in the blank? I live in a rural area in the Sierras and have to drive 15 miles if I want a smoothie because demographics will never support a brick and mortar store. A lot of people could benefit from a property maintained automated POS food preparation options.

How much can I invest?

When will I receive my shares?

Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.
For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancelation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancelation policy. You may find the company’s cancelation policy in the company’s offering circular.
Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to get sent back to the account associated with the investment.
What is the difference between Regulation Crowdfunding and Regulation A+?
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements.
