Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.
Bank Account means one or more accounts opened, maintained and operated by the Portfolio Manager with any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks in accordance with the agreement entered into with the Client.
Authorized Bank Account means any Officially Designated bank account to which redemption proceeds may be sent.
Account Number means the identification number given by the U.S. EPA to each NOx allowance tracking system account.
Security Details means any security procedure you follow or use to give or authorise an instruction, confirm your identity or access a Device or certain functionality on that Device (for example a passcode, access code, Security Code, or biometric data such as a fingerprint).
Grant Details means the document titled Grant Details that forms part of this Agreement.
Deposit Account Bank means a financial institution selected or approved by the Administrative Agent.
Designated Account Bank has the meaning specified therefor in Schedule D-1.
Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.
Seller’s Bank Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
Bank Accounts means those account(s) opened and maintained for the Trust by the Trustee at Banks, the beneficial ownerships in which shall vest in the Unit Holder(s).
Designated Bank Account means the relevant bank account designated by each Holder;
Account Name means the name of the individual who lives with the child(ren) and who applies for the Children’s Health Insurance Program coverage on behalf of the child(ren).
contact details means sufficient details including but not limited to a name, surname, telephone number – business or private, e-mail address, postal and residential addresses that will enable a Municipality or organ of state to contact a person for purposes of executing their functions in terms of the Act or this By-law and in so far as it relates to an organ of state, the details of a contact person within the employ of the organ of state;
Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Customer Usage Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill payment assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, load management, or energy efficiency.
Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.
Designated Deposit Account is Borrower’s deposit account, account number , maintained with Bank.
Concentration Account Bank means any bank or other financial institution at which the Concentration Account is maintained.
Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;
Purchase Price Bank Account means a bank account in the United States to be designated by the Seller in a written notice to the Purchaser at least five Business Days before the Closing.
Depository Account includes any commercial, checking, savings, time, or thrift account, or an account that is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, thrift certificate, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness, or other similar instrument maintained by a Financial Institution in the ordinary course of a banking or similar business. A Depository Account also includes an amount held by an insurance company pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract or similar agreement to pay or credit interest thereon.
International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.
Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.
Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.
Designated Depository Institution A depository institution (commercial bank, federal savings bank, mutual savings bank or savings and loan association) or trust company (which may include the Trustee), the deposits of which are fully insured by the FDIC to the extent provided by law.
Approved Deposit Account means a Deposit Account that is the subject of an effective Deposit Account Control Agreement and that is maintained by any Credit Party with a Deposit Account Bank. “Approved Deposit Account” includes all monies on deposit in a Deposit Account and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such Deposit Account.
