Welcome to a new edition of Baghunter’s Bags of the Week. In this blog we showcase some carefully selected handbags from our range, all of which relate to a certain theme. Under the spotlight this week is a Hermes Birkin 35 Bougainvillea PHW, a Hermes Birkin Turquoise PHW, and A Hermes Kelly 35 Mimosa Alligator. So, let’s take a look at each in more detail.

Hermes Birkin 35 Bougainvillea PHW

First up we have an exquisite Hermes Birkin 35 Bougainvillea PHW. Crafted from the popular Clemence leather which offers a grainy finish and durability, it is the color of this bag that immediately catches the attention. The Bougainvillea color is one of the rarest Hermes colors and can be described as a light tone of red with raspberry and pink undertones. This particular color is extremely difficult to find elsewhere and is a very hard color to obtain on a Clemence leather.

Other standout features found on this bag include the side panels, where additional material is found to allow for extra space inside the bag without compromising the shape. The handles are coated after being dyed to help maintain the color and will always stand upright.

You can see an up-close picture of the Hermes stamp below where you can see a small square beside the stamp indicating this is indeed alligator skin.
