Assistant Auditor and Auditor:
- audits certain FSA areas;
- gathers and documents audit evidence inaccordance with the audit program and instructions ofthe audit team leader.
Senior/Chief Auditor:
- manages audits, embracing audit planning, task-setting toanaudit team (including detailed allocation offunctions), regular checks ofthe work ofeach team member and reviewing quality ofworking papers prepared bythe team;
- ispersonally involved inthe most complicated areas ofthe project;
- drafts all main documents for the client;
- regularly liaises with the client inthe course ofthe audit.
Manager/ Senior Manager/ Director:
- manages audit projects (usually, several projects atatime);
- controls work quality;
- personally settles most challenging issues;
- liaises with the client and ensures smooth problem-solving;
- participates inbusiness development, identifies clients’ needs for complementary services;
- participates incompany management and staff development (including mentorship).
Partner:
- performs strategic project management and risk management functions;
- bears full responsibility for the results ofaudits and company performance;
- isengaged inbusiness development and company management.
