What to do when your BDO account is blocked? ›

You may have entered the wrong authentication details, resulting in a failed authentication attempt. Your account has been locked for security reasons. Please reset your password or call the BDO Contact Center.

If your BDO Card was blocked due to an incorrect ATM PIN, this will reset within 24 hours and you will be given another 3 attempts to enter the correct ATM PIN. However; if you can no longer recall your ATM PIN, you may need to replace the BDO Card at you BDO branch of account.

The 6-digit PIN is an additional security feature which ensures that only you can access and use your BDO Online Banking account. You will be asked to set it during your first login to the updated version of the app, but you won't have to enter it every time you log in.
