Recently, I changed my Apple ID and then when I open voice memos,I face to this message: iCloud for voice memos is off. Enabling iCloud for Voice Memos will allow you to access and synchronize your recordings across all of your devices.
So I pressed Enable button and after that suddenly all of my voices are disappeared and till now nothing came back but in my iPhone storage there is a Documents & Data for voice memos application.
can anyone help me to restore my voice memos?
iPhone 11, iOS 15

Hello Farbod77,
From your post it appears you have lost your Voice Memos.
We would start by checking to see if the Voice Memos in iCloud is enabled. Tap on Settings > [your name] > iCloud. If Voice Memos was enabled, then we would want to check and see if the Voice Memos are available on any other device signed in with the same Apple ID.
If those it is not enabled, then the Voice Memos may be included in a backup.
You can find iOS backups by following these steps: Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If you believe the data you are looking for is included in a backup, here is how to restore the backup back to the iPhone: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
Keep in mind that restoring a backup does remove any data that has been added to the device since the date of that backup.
Have a good day.
