Hi, I keep getting requests from guests to add extra guests AFTER they have booked - this costs me alot more as I have to pay for the extra changeover linen cleaning etc.
Is there a way to charge them extra through booking.com?

not reccomended, collect directly or via online or 3rd party service.
remember all extras via BdC booking means commissionable amount increases.
else switch to occupancy based rate plans and ask PS team to switch it over and update the booking.
contact partner support via 3 methods below
Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

- In the extranet, go to the‘Inbox’tab.

- Right Pane - Click on‘See Contact Options’.

- As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
