How can I withdraw from my other linked accounts?

1. Go to any BPI ATM.
2. Enter your 6-digit PIN.
3. Select “Enter Withdrawal Amount”.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from.
5. Select the account you wish to withdraw from.
6. Get your cash.
Note: Your card’s withdrawal and purchase limits will not increase regardless of the number of accounts linked.

How will I know the assigned Main Deposit Account for my BPI Debit Mastercard?

It enables automatic updating of your enrolled card details to partner merchants of Mastercard in cases of card renewals or replacements. It will provide convenience because you won’t need to enter your new card details such as Card Number and Expiry dates because Mastercard will do it for you, to avoid payment interruptions or transaction declines. Card upgrades are not yet included in the automatic updating of card details.

How can I change my Main Deposit Account and/or Linked Accounts?

Simply visit any branch near you.

How can I access the Linked Deposit Accounts using my BPI Debit Mastercard?

You may view and transact with your Main Deposit Account and other Linked Deposit Accounts at any BPI ATM nationwide.

​​​​​​​When transacting at non-BPI ATMs or when paying at POS terminals or online, your Main Deposit Account is automatically selected for your transaction.

How can I remove any or all of the Linked Deposit Accounts in my BPI Debit Mastercard?

You may request to unlink accounts by visiting any BPI branch near you or calling our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000.
