When you receive booking requests, you may find that someguestshave a badge that says “Verified Identity” next to their name. The verified identity badge indicates thatVrbohas confirmed the following information:
- Physical address
- Date of birth
- Other personal information
Once the booking request is accepted, aguest’sbasic contact information, like their email address and phone number, is shared so that you can keep in contact.
Currently, there’s no way for a property owner or manager to require aguesttoconfirm their identity before sending a booking request.
