Depending on the length of your trip, and taking geographical proximity into account, here are my recommended priorities: 4 days: Copenhagen, Stockholm (connected by a 5.5-hour express train) 6 days, add: Oslo. 8 days, add: Norway in a Nutshell fjord trip, Bergen.

Stockholm is a reather small city as capitals go. For the most part you can actually walk around and see a lot of things, or use the Subway for some museums/points of interests and walk the rest. But you could as easily spend 1–2 weeks as well and explore a bit beyond the city borders.
