1. Betsey Johnson – Pink Mobile Home

Calling it her “little jewel box,” Betsey Johnson, an American fashion designer who is known for her whimsical and over-the-top designs, has listed her pink mobile home in Paradise Cove for $1.95 million. This was the first home that Johnson purchased in Los Angeles since she moved from New York in 2016. She completely decorated it herself with collectables that she has gathered over the years. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom colorful bohemian dream surrounded by tropical landscaping with unique features such as an outdoor soaking tub, secret garden-style outdoor living room, and a yellow room. The HOA fees are a whopping $2,705.69/month.

2. Reese Witherspoon – Remodeled Farmhouse

Reese Witherspoon, an actress most recently known for the hit show Big Little Lies, has recently bought a remodeled 1949 farmhouse in Malibu for $6.25 million. Conveniently located above Zuma Beach, this 2-acre property is known as Zuma Farms and was previously owned by Scott and Amie Yancey of A&E’s “Flipping Las Vegas.” Surrounded by dozens of 1,500-year-old sycamore trees, this unique home has a mid-century interior and includes a main house, film/art studio, yoga room, guest house, horse stable, multiple outbuildings, and more. Her primary residence is a $12.7 million mansion in the Pacific Palisades, yet she also owns homes in Nashville and one in the Bahamas.

3. Emma Stone – Malibu Beach Cottage

Known for major films such as La La Land and Superman, Emma Stone is a young actress who has proven to be a huge star on-screen. During her off-screen time, she has been occupied with adding to her Real Estate portfolio. Her most recent purchase is a 3.2-acre mid-century beach cottage on a bluff overlooking Las Tunas Beach. This 1,800 square foot home underwent a full cosmetic renovation before being purchased by Stone. It offers plentiful ocean views and is surrounded by lush greenery allowing complete privacy. It was featured in Cottages & Gardens magazine in 2018. Another recent purchase of Stone’s was a 1920s Spanish home in Westwood that is now in the hands of a family member. Losing her home to the Woolsey Fire and her recent divorce to Liam Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus, a pop singer and actress, has had a crazy past year. She is now transitioning into a new life chapter which includes moving into her Malibu home just a few blocks down from her $6.8 million home that she owned with Hemsworth. Located in Ramirez Canyon on 2.06 acres, this 1970s inspired home bought for $2.525 million represents Cyrus’ personality with a gothic bathroom and funky living room. She is currently decorating the 1,384 square foot home with her own style, including movie-themed walls from Cars and Spiderman. She also owns homes in Hidden Hills and Studio City.

5. Shaun White – Double Property House Flip

A pro snowboarder and three-time gold medalist Shaun White has listed two neighboring Point Dume homes for $14.5 million and $12.75 million, totaling nearly $28 million. Both homes are comparable in size, each with 2,100 square feet on about an acre of land. The $14.5 million home has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large wrap-around wood deck leading out to a large spa, and ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The $12.75 million home is two stories with an ocean view deck, large patio, and a pool/spa. White has also listed homes in Encinitas, Hollywood Hills, and Laurel Canyon.
