2024 NFL compensatory pick projections

The 2024 NFL Draft compensatory picks won’t be announced until March 2024. Every year, teams are awarded compensatory picks in Rounds 3-7, based on net losses in NFL free agency this previous offseason or they are awarded compensatory selections if another NFL team hires one of their assistants as a head coach or general manager.

The current projected 2024 NFL Draft compensatory picks come from OvertheCap.com. OTC’s projections are the most accurate available, with the site using a similar formula as the one that the league office uses to determine which team receives compensatory picks.
